Speaking with reporters in Hyderabad,AP,India via tele conference, the company founder and chairman Mr. Krishna Mohan Raju Kakarlapudi ( known as Mohan, an NRI based in Chicago,USA and a native of Prakasm Dt, AP, India ) said they have been humbled by the trust of thousands of their patients who visit their one of a kind state-of-art diagnostic center at Ongole, AP, India for the quality diagnostic services they offer at reasonable prices.
He says, Sneha Diagnostics is able to develop faith in their quality services by offering unparallel customer service not seen at any other medical facility in the region.
"There're huge untapped opportunities in places like Ongole across India if you can provide quality services like, medical diagnostics at reasonable prices, considering 70-80% of Indian population lives in places like Ongole" says Mr. Mohan.
He adds, "All existing prominent medical diagnostic service providers in India has their labs located in major metropolitan cities like Mumbai,Delhi,Chennai,Bangalore etc, and they only have sample collection centers or franchaise centers in other places. Our primary business focus is to setup labs in all major district centers and own satellite centers and sample collection centers in Taluk /Mandal level, so there's no competetion for us, which is the main difference between us and other major diagnostic service providers in India....basically their focus is to cater 20% of the population and our focus is to cater remaining 80%....so we're looking at a huge,huge potential for growth.
And another major difference is, all our competetors in India are primarly focusing on building franchaise units and we don't have faith on the quality and customer care these franchaise units can provide to their patients....though it's lot of hard work to own and operate each center, we're not going to compromise on the quality and customer service which we can only provide directly to our patient"
With the quality brand name they've already created with their four well-run diagnostic centers, he says "It's time for us to go in full steam across AP during this year and across India in very near future. There's definitely a big need for quality medical diagnostic services at all district centers across India".

Answering a question when Sneha Diagnostics will open it's center in a big city like Hyderabad or Mumbai, he says "Our primary focus is to reach remote corners of India where there're no quality diagnostic centers available. We will open in major centers once we reach a leadership position in second and third-tier cities and remote places. And people go to cities only when they don't have a quality service provider close to them".
