(live-PR.com) - The governments of Russia and Iran have signed an agreement regarding the construction of eight thermal power plants in Iran, with a total installed capacity of 2,800 Megawatts (MW). The investment per MW will be $3.57m. Two plants will be constructed in the eastern city of Tabas, two in the city of Sahand in northwest Iran, and four in the

 

southern port city of Bandar Abbas. This deal will strengthen the political and economic co-operative relationship between the two countries.
