The company is now up to date with all filings, as it has submitted its regular quarterly financial filings of its reports for the first and second quarters of 2007. The 10-QSB for the third quarter 2007 will be filed in November. The Company will report timely to the SEC as required by all reporting companies.

In an effort to upgrade its publicly traded status, the Company has authorized a NASD member firm to file a Form 15c-2(11) with the NASD within the next week in order to qualify the Company for a listing on the Electronic Bulletin Board. The Company also will move ahead in its plan to apply for a listing on NASDAQ-small cap, within the next three to six months, if and when it meets regulatory requirements. The exact date for when a listing will occur cannot be determined at this time.
