GlacialPower Launches the IP67 GP-CVM300P LED Driver Series

( - Taipei, Taiwan - GlacialPower, the power division of the LED technology manufacturer GlacialTech Inc, announces the GP-CVM300P constant voltage LED driver series. It rated power output of 300W is available in 24V, 36V and 48V models. At full load these new drivers provide an outstanding active power factor correction which greater than 0.98 at 115VAC, and more than 0.94 at


230VAC. The GP-CVM300P delivers the excellent power efficiency up to 94% and has a very low no load consumption under 0.5 watt at 230VAC.

Thanks to the advanced thermal design structure and high power efficiency, therefore even at full load condition the inside critical component’s temperature is far below the maximum limitation.

The GP-CVM300P series feature a fully isolated metal housing with aluminum material; it comes in an IP67-rated dust and waterproof enclosure suitable for outdoor as well as indoor use. The new series include the features of over current protection (OCP), short circuit protection (SCP), over temperature protection (OTP) and over voltage protection (OVP).

The GP-CVM300P constant voltage driver is suitable for LED strips and moving sign applications. It offers high output voltage quality that protects LED lights from the harm caused by power fluctuations and also ensures an optimal lighting effect from the LED signs and decor – with no unwanted flickering.
