04.12.2008 11:38:24 Disney Channel has embarked on an a national talent search to discover the next Miley Cyrus's, Demi Lovato's, Jonas Brother's, and Zac Efron's.
(live-PR.com) - If you have a child between the ages of 10-17 years old and are interested in Disney Channel casting directors meeting him/her, the auditions are being held in various cities and talent can send an initial audition video by email or regular mail.
The majority of Disney Channel actors is cast through agents in the Los Angeles area, however Disney
has held talent searches and open casting calls the last two years. These auditions were held in the UK, as well as Utah, Florida, and Southern California.
Disney Channel currently has roles being cast on the shows JONAS, Sonny with Chance, Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place, Suite Life on Deck, and the pilot episode for a new show called "Oops!". In addition, there are upcoming roles to be cast in the films Camp Rock 2, High School Musical 4, Avalon High, and Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie.
