Clearwater Lodge at the Pit River is offering a complimentary ZG Helios fly

fishing.
The lodge is known as a top fly fishing destination with access to five of
California's great wild trout rivers and spring-fed stillwaters. With its
home waters encompassing 100 miles between Mount Lassen and Mount Shasta,

Clearwater Lodge at the Pit River itself is a magnificent example of Arts
and Crafts design. Built in 1921, it today boasts perfectly preserved
original features including paneled walls and tall-beamed ceilings, copper
and stained glass chandeliers illuminating the Great Room, and a massive
stone fireplace with cozy inglenooks on either side. Ancient sycamore trees
shade a wide porch spanning the entire front of the lodge. Lounge chairs
dot the grounds out among the oaks and pines.
The lodge's main building offers seven bedrooms, each with a queen bed and
private bath. The Annex houses six single bedrooms, two large shared baths
and a spacious sitting room featuring a natural rock fireplace. Three
individual cottages, set away from the lodge among the trees, provide one-
and two-bedroom accommodations. Amenities include wireless Internet access
and air conditioning. Rates start from $150 per person per night and
include meals.
Clearwater Lodge at the Pit River offers a top-notch dining experience,
featuring dishes such as wasabi and sesame crusted halibut filet with a
ginger miso vin blanc or pepper-rubbed grilled lamb loin medallions with a

well, grown, produced and bottled in San Luis Obispo, Calif.

of guided fishing. A 50-percent nonrefundable deposit is due at time of
