On September 12, 2017 the 1500th Boxberry parcel office opened in St. Petersburg. Over the year, the company has increased the number of parcel offices one-and-a-half times and expanded the geography of its exposure from 308 to 378 Russian cities. Most pickup points are concentrated in the capitals: in Moscow there are already more than 200 Boxberry points, in St. Petersburg - almost 90.
Now the company's offices are multi-purpose centers. Here customers can receive parcels from 2000 Russian and foreign online stores, send packages and letters to all the cities of Boxberry's presence, make returns of goods (for example, an international return to the ASOS online store can be sent free of charge). In addition, the parcel offices accept orders for delivery from small online stores. Mikhail Konev". The convenience of pickup has become normal quite quickly. Now customers want to have all their needs in sending and receiving letters and parcels satisfied in any office of the delivery service. The company plans to expand further the geography of its footprint as well as to develop pickup points themselves. "We want to become closer to the recipients, to make the process of receiving or sending the most convenient and easy. Now Boxberry improves actively the quality of service in existing offices and constantly develops the range of services provided there ", - says Mikhail Konev.

consolidating various freight flows, building logistics supply chains, uniting capabilities and expertise for entering new international markets and expanding the clientsí base;
increasing profits and reducing expenses of each independent group partner who enters the alliance.
Each member of the Alliance is able to make decisions within the whole group, and any voice is important and decisive.

The goal of the alliance is not a merger of different companies, it is the maintenance of the individuality of each member, its flexibility and uniqueness, the multiplication of these qualities in a single concept, which will allow each single member and all at ones to say their word in the logistics and to be heard by local and international market.
